RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your Kinward purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To request a return, contact us at hello@thekinward.com with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom or personalized items and items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@thekinward.com and we'll make it right.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
